Verdict

Verdict

A couple of these are expected to improve from recent comeback runs, including It's All About You. He scored off a similar mark over C&D last summer, but it's SAVROLA who makes most appeal. Dianne Sayer's charge struggled over a shorter trip at Hamilton on his first start since going close at York last July, but a reproduction of that effort on the Knavesmire should see him bang there at the finish. Solar Pass and Cascade Hall look the pick of the remainder.

CASCADE HALL has been thriving since stepping up to longer distances, and got his head back in front over this marathon trip by a comfortable margin at Musselburgh last time. He won with enough in hand to suggest that a 6lb rise might not be enough to stop him following up here. Solar Pass won over 12f at Southwell back in March and has been knocking on the door since stepping up to two miles with successive seconds at Goodwood two starts ago and here last time out. He can go well again for top course trainer Andrew Balding despite a small rise. Heathen followed Solar Pass home last time and, while all of his wins have come on the all-weather, can go well again here.
