The Racing971 website (www.racing971.ae) (the “Site”) is operated by Neon Development FZ LLC, a free zone limited liability company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Creative Media Authority in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, whose company number is 1509 and whose registered address is PO Box 77940, Abu Dhabi, UAE ("we", “us” or “our”). We are a dedicated horse racing content platform focusing on the UAE and the wider Gulf market, delivering news, features, and insights from across the racing industry.
1.2. We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person accessing or using the Site or otherwise interacting with us.

2.1. The purpose of this privacy notice (the “Notice”) is to provide you with information about how we collect, generate, and process personal data (“Personal Data”), and about the cookies which are used, in connection with our Site. This Notice should be read in conjunction with the Racing971 Website Terms of Use available at www.racing971.ae/terms-of-use (the “Racing971 Terms”).
