Verdict

There wasn't much to choose between Rafeef filly DUCHESS ZAHRA and Pathfork filly ELEGANT EDGE on debut. The former had the edge then finishing 0.90 lengths ahead is 2kg worse off. ELEGANT EDGE will, however, need to jump on terms to take full advantage. BELL OF ANGELUS lost form in KwaZulu-Natal but showed fair potential earlier and needs to be watched on her debut for trainer Brett Webber. PRINCESS OF ALL tired late over further last time and should prefer the drop in distance. There are two first-timers in the hunt.
