Willie Mullins (14 February 2023): "We know Stattler will stay. He's coming along lovely, and the Gold Cup can be a war of attrition, but he's won around the track and jumps well. He's probably a good each-way price if you want a run for your money. He'll be there or thereabouts."

We’ll set him out on the Gold Cup route, and we’ll see where he ends up. He could be a Grand National horse."
